We purchased a home to hopefully remodel, however, the house was in worse condition than we thought. Bob Leonhardt did an excellent job from quote to final grading of the property. It is not easy to work with some of the utility companies and Bob was helpful leading me through it. The price was very fair, the work was done with minimal disruption, and the property was left in great shape. I highly recommend Franklin & Leonhardt.

Highly Recommended. Extremely Professional. Great Communication. Demolished a 50 x 250-foot pole barn that had been damaged by a tornado. No damaged to any other surrounding property. Once building was removed the lot was left completely clean and clear of all debris. Will use again in the future if the need arises.

Had a very positive experience working with the company. Bobby was always responsive, very communicative, and easy to work with. He demoed a garage for us after a 60+ foot tree took it down in a wind storm. He was fairly priced, did the work quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent. He was even able to accommodate our very small driveway and little access to the garage. Nothing but good things to say about this experience.

Bob Leonhardt responded quickly after a massive tree came down into my garage after a recent wind event.They started as soon as I called them with a very reasonable bid and worked around the tree removal. After a fire in a side shop Bobby worked carefully to take down the building without effecting the shared wall which was a concern of mine. He did it quickly and under budget.
